Reliant Act 1999. This Act enables the company to operate
like a corporate with minimum Government interference.

time. Several housing projects to its credit, which
include: Channi Apartments (2001), Trikuta Apartments
Trikuta Nagar, Jammu(2003); Imperial Apartments (March
2004) at Channi Himmat, Tawi Apartments (Phase-I in
December 2005) at Sidhra.
