Project - Kamdhenu Homz:
Kamdhenu Homz is the
residential project of the farmous company -- Kamdhenu
Ispat Limited, which operates in three segments: Steels,
Power and Paints. Stratigically embarking into India’s
real estate sector and with its tagline, ‘Live your
dreams’, Kamdhenu Homz has gone on to become one of
the most sought after housing development bodies. The
Company has undertaken projects in different states of
North India by the name of Crescent-I and Crescent-II.
In Jammu, Kamdhenu Homz is constructing
flats under the project Crescent II, in
collaboration with a local company, Mahajan Construction
and is building 168 apartments with all modern

The three-bedroom apartment with saleable area of 1,489
sq ft would be available at Rs 30 lakh whereas the
two-bedroom apartment with saleable area of 1117.25 sq
ft would be ranged between Rs 31 to 40 lakh. The
company has obtained all the necessary approvals from
different government agencies including the Jammu
Municipal Corporation.
According to an official
of the Kamdhenu Homz, “the project will be a
state of the art, which would fulfill dreams of the Jammu
residents who have dreamt for a personal house”.
